It's a nice tune. You only really get to hear it at the beginning of the game though. I remember talking to the 'cones' on the city map and there were also some gaijin/non-Japanese characters who talked in broken Japanese with katakana, indicating their accent I guess.
Once you're in the hospital and meet your sick teacher, Tokyo gets impregnated and everyone outside the hospital dies. You're then exploring post-apocalyptic Tokyo all the while it is pregant with the demon you grow into.
That game really has a great atmosphere and the best battle system in any RPG. The rest of the soundtrack is also pretty good.
